Equipment & Construction
Forced-air circulation, digital temperature control, a stainless-steel interior and overtemperature protection. The listed configuration determines chamber dimensions and shelf quantity. Humidity control uses steam humidification and an automatic circulating water system. Touchscreen control, microprinter and RS485 communication are listed.
