The PT-D12S is a 12-position dissolution tester with six vessels in front and six behind. Its electrically lifted, tilting head provides access for changing paddle or basket shafts.

Programmed sampling intervals provide timing; they do not establish automated sample collection.

Standard Configuration

12 paddles and 12 dissolution vessels. The published specification describes vessels 185 mm high; confirm usable vessel volume and the complete supply list in the quotation.

Optional Accessories

For a basket-method setup, identify the required baskets and shafts in your inquiry. Availability and inclusion require written confirmation. An automatic sampling system is not established by the published specification.

Applications

For laboratory dissolution testing of pharmaceutical dosage forms using the selected paddle or basket method. Method suitability, vessel volume and acceptance criteria must be checked against the applicable procedure.

Specify test method and edition, vessel volume, required accessories, quantity, destination, voltage, frequency and plug type. Confirm calibration or qualification documentation separately. The 300 stored Chinese Pharmacopoeia parameter sets are not evidence of compliance with every method or current edition.
